NorthEast United Football Club -

NorthEast United Football Club in short NEUFC kicked off on 12th October 2014, the Hero Indian Super League Revolutionized Football in India. The Nickname of the club is "The Highlanders." Actor/Producer John Abraham, secured the North-East franchise because the region is the epicentre of footballing talent in the country. Thus on 14th April 2014, the Club, which encapsulates all eight states of the north-east,  was conceived. It was a historic moment in Indian football as NEUFC became the first team in the world to have a representation by city.

Actor John Abraham(Chairman) and Shillong Lajong FC are the owner of the club. Nelo Vingada is the Manager/HeadCoach (Present-2016) of the club, Cesar Farias (former-2015)

The Crest of NEUFC was designed keeping the ethos of the club in mind. It features 8 stars at the top, representing each state of North-East India known as Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura Historically, the eight states have been marginalizfrom n India. However, football is one of the core strengths of the north-east and talent in the country has traditionally come from this region. The first player to captain the National team, Dr. Talimeran Ao, Post-independence, was from the north-east.

The Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium is the home ground of NEUFC which is located at Nalapara Sarusajai, Guwahati-28, Assam, India.  The Stadium has capacity of 35,000 spectators.

Where to get NEUFC Tickets?

Now go to NEUFC official website www.neutdfc.com their you will find a link Ticket, and just click on it, you will redirect to in.bookmyshow.com their you select the stands and tickets price and  book the tickets, or you can directly go to in.bookmyshow.com and book the ticket. After booking finished you will get your booking ID containing 14 digits Alphabet and numeric. Now before the match day you should collect your ticket from NEUFC Official counter which is located in-front of Home Stadium  Main gate, their you show the booking ID that you received from bookmyshow and show your debit/credit that you have used while booking or ID. Now you get your tickets and  can enjoy match.

Other than online offline tickets can be purchased from Stadium Box office, tickets are sold four to five days before the match day or sometimes even before some more days.
